Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Nayeli Dalisay Paulin (“we,” “our,” “us”) in connection with our Sophia Circle Journeys™. By booking, attending, or engaging with any of our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Sophia Circle Journeys™ are dynamic community learning experiences based on the teachings of The Sophia Code®. Each journey consists of 13 gatherings, with each gathering dedicated to exploring one chapter of The Sophia Code.

Every gathering includes:

  • Opening Invocation
  • Prayer and intention setting
  • Guided meditations with the Ascended Masters
  • Chapter readings from The Sophia Code
  • Journaling prompts to connect with your Higher Self
  • Community discussion for shared learning and support

These journeys are available both in-person and online. You will experience personal transformation and feel the divine presence of the Ascended Masters as you focus on your sovereign divinity and empowerment. Each journey allows you to grow alongside a community of Lightworkers and step into the transformative energy of Sophia Christ consciousness.

3. Eligibility and Participation

  • Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years or older.
  • Group Participation: Sophia Circle Journeys are designed for group participation, with no set maximum number of participants. Each journey is unique and powerful

4. Booking and Payment

  • Booking Process: Clients can book a place in a Sophia Circle Journey by direct contact (via email, phone) or through PayPal or the website nayelidalisay.com.
  • Pricing:
    • Depending on the journey each circle is priced between 33 CHF and 44 CHF.
    • The full journey of 13 gatherings is priced at between 429 CHF and 572 CHF.
    • By choosing to join a Sophia Circle Journey, you are committing to paying the price of the 13 gatherings.
  • Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, and Twint for payments.

By booking a spot in the Sophia Circle Journey, you agree to pay the full amount or empowerment plan amount prior to the first gathering. If you are paying on the empowerment plan, you agree on paying the remaining amount before the 5th and 9th circle. 

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your participation of your booked service, please notify us at least three days before the journey begins.
  • No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. Once you have booked and paid for a service, the fee is final, regardless of your attendance or participation in the circles.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Health & Fitness: There are no specific health or fitness requirements to participate in the Sophia Circle Journey. However, participants are encouraged to come with an open heart and mind to fully engage with the transformative process.
  • Conduct: Clients are expected to engage respectfully with other participants and with the structure of the circles, fostering a safe and supportive environment for everyone.

7. Personal Data

We collect and store the following personal data for the purpose of booking and communication:

  • Name
  • Email Address

This personal data is necessary for booking, communication, and the delivery of services, including updates, newsletters, and event-related correspondence.

7.1 Third-Party Service Providers

To facilitate our email communications, we use third-party email marketing and mailing providers. These providers may store your data on their servers and assist us in managing our email communications with you.

By booking a Sophia Circle Journey, you consent to the storage and use of your personal data by these third-party providers. We ensure that our providers comply with the applicable data protection laws, including the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (FDPA) and, where relevant, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for clients in the European Union.

7.2 Data Protection and Security

We take the protection of your personal data seriously and employ security measures to ensure that your information is handled with care and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. However, by using third-party providers, you acknowledge that there may be risks involved in transferring data over the internet, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data we store.
  • Correct any inaccuracies in your personal data.
  • Request the deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and contractual obligations.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the Sophia Circle Journey, including but not limited to readings, meditations, and teachings, remain the intellectual property of The Sophia Code Foundation You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials outside of the journey experience without prior written permission.

 

9. Liability and Disclaimers

  • Liability: We are not liable for any personal, emotional, or physical outcomes resulting from participation in the Sophia Circle Journey. Participation is at your own risk.
  • Disclaimer: The services provided in the Sophia Circle Journey are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. By participating, you acknowledge that the journey is intended as a spiritual and personal growth experience.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes or conflicts related to these Terms and Conditions or your participation in the Sophia Circle Journey, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If necessary, disputes will be governed by the laws of Switzerland.

 

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  1. Governing Law:
    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  2. Dispute Resolution:
    Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Aargau, Switzerland. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Aargau for any legal action or proceeding.
  3. Alternative Dispute Resolution:
    In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal discussions. If no resolution is reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the laws of Switzerland before a neutral third-party arbitrator in Aargau.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly to you. Continued participation in the Sophia Circle Journey after such updates will be deemed acceptance of the modified terms.
